Last updated: 17 October 2026

Spinatoshi (www.spinatoshi.com) is operated by Spin Reels S.R.L, registration number 455754, with its registered address at San José, Costa Rica. Spin Reels S.R.L is licensed and regulated under licence CRG / 117 / 15.10.2026 – 15.10.2027, issued in Costa Rica (the “Company”, “we”, “us”).

This policy explains how we handle deposits, withdrawals, irregular transactions and refunds. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read together with our AML Policy, KYC Policy and Bonuses and Cashouts rules. For any question, contact support@spinatoshi.com.

  1. Irregular Transactions

Spinatoshi may, at its sole discretion, cancel or void any transaction that shows irregularities, including but not limited to the following:

1.1 Mismatched payment details

The name and address of the player do not match the name and address of the owner of the card, bank account, e-wallet, cryptocurrency wallet or other payment method used.

1.2 Irregularities affecting payments or the Terms

Any irregularity that may affect the proper processing of a payment, or that gives rise to suspicion of a breach of the Terms and Conditions.

1.3 Fraudulent activity

Spinatoshi takes any form of fraud very seriously, and all fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. Fraudulent activity includes, but is not limited to:

the use of stolen or unauthorised cards, bank accounts or wallets; transferring funds between player accounts (chip dumping); forgery of documents; collusion between players; providing false registration or verification information; chargebacks or payment reversals made in bad faith.

In addition to any other remedy available under the Terms and Conditions or the game rules, Spinatoshi reserves the right to seek criminal prosecution and/or civil damages for any fraudulent activity. For this purpose, Spinatoshi may record telephone conversations with customers and share them with the competent authorities. Any player involved in suspected fraud, and any suspicious transaction, will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

1.4 Funds from illegal sources

It is unlawful to deposit funds obtained by illicit means into a Spinatoshi account. All transactions are reviewed to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing, as described in our AML Policy, and suspicious transactions are reported to the competent authorities.

1.5 Use of your own payment methods only

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in the player’s own name and under the player’s control. This includes cards, bank accounts, e-wallets and cryptocurrency wallets.

If a third-party payment method is used:

any winnings obtained after that deposit will be cancelled; the deposit will be returned to the third-party payment method, after deduction of any fees incurred; the Company may suspend or close the player’s account. 1.6 Bonus code abuse

If a player enters an invalid bonus code twice in a row, the player may be automatically excluded from all bonus offers and the account may be placed under investigation, with possible closure, as this is considered an attempt to abuse the bonus system.

1.7 Decisions on irregular transactions

In case of any irregularity described in sections 1.1 to 1.6, or of reasonable suspicion of a breach of any rule that governs gaming or betting at Spinatoshi (the Terms and Conditions, the game rules and any specific rules), Spinatoshi may declare the transactions concerned void.

Such decisions are final, subject to the player’s right to submit a complaint under our Dispute Resolution procedure.

In all cases, Spinatoshi reserves the right to recover any costs incurred as a result of these procedures, including transaction fees, chargeback fees and legal costs.

  1. Deposit Wagering Requirement

To prevent the platform from being used for money transfers, every deposit must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested:

Sports betting: each deposit must be wagered at least three (3) times on bets with odds of 1.80 or higher per selection. Example: a deposit of €10 requires at least €30 in qualifying bets before a withdrawal can be requested. Casino: each deposit must be wagered at least once (1x) in casino games before a withdrawal can be requested.

The following do not count towards the deposit wagering requirement:

bets with odds lower than 1.80 per selection; betslips containing Draw No Bet or Asian Handicap selections; bets that were cashed out; bets on postponed or void events; bets placed with bonus funds.

If Spinatoshi reasonably suspects misuse, for example when a deposit has not been used for a reasonable level of play and a withdrawal is then requested, Spinatoshi may:

cancel the deposit(s) concerned in full or in part; recover any costs incurred in connection with them; close the player’s account; request satisfactory proof of deposit and additional identification documents before processing any withdrawal.

  1. Withdrawals

Withdrawals can only be requested from the Player Account. Requests sent by any other means will not be processed. Before the first withdrawal, and whenever required under our AML and KYC policies, the player must complete identity verification. Withdrawals are made, wherever possible, to the same payment method, account or wallet used for the deposit. If this is not possible, we will ask for documents proving ownership of the new withdrawal method. Withdrawals are paid only to the Account Holder. Payments to third parties are not allowed. Cryptocurrency: player balances are held in euro (EUR). Crypto withdrawals are converted from EUR at the rate applicable when the withdrawal is sent. The network fee and the estimated amount are shown before confirmation. Please make sure the wallet address and network are correct, because blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Withdrawals may be delayed while a security, KYC or AML review is in progress.

  1. Restricted Jurisdictions

Spinatoshi does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law, or where the Company has decided not to offer its services. Players from these jurisdictions cannot register, and existing accounts will be closed if a player is found to reside there.

It is the player’s sole responsibility to make sure that using Spinatoshi is lawful in the country where they live or from which they access the website. By registering, the player confirms that they are not prohibited from using our services under the laws of their jurisdiction.

The full list of restricted countries is available in our Terms and Conditions and may be updated at any time. Any attempt to bypass these restrictions, for example by using a VPN, proxy or false address details, is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and may result in the account being closed and winnings withheld.

  1. Refund Policy

5.1 Eligibility

A refund of a deposit is available to players who have deposited funds into their Player Account but have not yet placed any bet or played any game with those funds. In this case, the deposit may be refunded whether or not the player has completed full identity verification.

Refunds are not available for:

funds that have been wagered, in whole or in part; winnings, bonus funds or free spins; deposits under investigation for fraud, money laundering or any breach of the Terms and Conditions; losses from bets or games played. 5.2 How to request a refund Send your request in writing by email to support@spinatoshi.com, from the email address registered on your Player Account. Requests from other addresses will not be processed. Include your username, the date and amount of the deposit, and the payment method used. We will confirm receipt and let you know if any additional information is needed. 5.3 How the refund is paid The refund is returned to the same source, by the same payment method and to the same remitter used for the original deposit. If, for any reason, the Company cannot process the payment in this way, it may use an alternative payment method approved and verified by the Company, at its sole discretion. For cryptocurrency deposits, the refund is sent to the original sending wallet, or to a wallet the player proves they own, in the same cryptocurrency and network. The amount is calculated in EUR and converted at the rate applicable when the refund is sent. Network fees may be deducted. 5.4 Documents

A player entitled to a refund is normally not required to provide verification documents. However, some payment providers do not give the Company all the information about the origin of the funds. In such cases, to process the refund, the Company will request additional documents from the player, such as proof of deposit in the form of a bank transfer confirmation showing the details of the account used for the original deposit, or proof of ownership of the sending wallet.

5.5 Time limits

After receiving a valid request, the Company will process the refund on the same day or, at the latest, on the next business day, depending on the time the request was received. The time it takes for the funds to reach the player depends on the payment method or blockchain network used. If the source of the funds is unclear, the Company will request additional documents, which may delay the refund.

  1. Chargebacks

If a player initiates a chargeback or payment reversal for a deposit that has already been used to play, the Company may suspend the account, recover the amount and any related fees, and report the case to the payment provider and, where relevant, the competent authorities. Players with a legitimate payment issue should first contact support@spinatoshi.com so we can resolve it.

  1. Complaints

If you disagree with any decision made under this policy, you can submit a complaint to support@spinatoshi.com. Complaints are handled under our Dispute Resolution procedure.
